1. Acceptance

By using EgyVoice you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. Account and subscription

You must provide accurate details when registering, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for anything unlawful, or for spam, fraud, or harassment of the people it calls. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the numbers you load, and for complying with local rules on recording and automated calling. We may suspend any account that breaches this.

4. The public demo

The live demo on this site is provided for evaluation, without warranty and without any service level. It is rate limited, capped in length, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Do not use it to handle real customer calls or to process anyone's personal data.

5. Payment and invoicing

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where stated. Minutes beyond your plan are charged at your plan's rate and appear on the following month's invoice.

6. Limitation of liability

EgyVoice is provided as is. Our liability for any failure or defect is limited to the value of the monthly subscription.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
